1. Membership Agreement
By purchasing a leisure membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any club rules displayed on the premises or website.
2. Membership Types
Memberships may include (but are not limited to)
Full access
Off-peak access
Student / concession
Family or corporate memberships
Access rights depend on the membership type purchased.
3. Eligibility
Members must meet the minimum age requirements for specific facilities or activities. Proof of age or eligibility may be required.
4. Membership Fees & Payment
Fees are payable in advance (monthly or annually).
Payments may be collected via direct debit or card payment.
Failed or late payments may result in suspension of access.
Prices may be reviewed periodically with reasonable notice.
5. Cooling-Off Period
New memberships may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the facilities have not been used (or limited usage only).
6. Cancellation & Termination
Members may cancel their membership by giving 30 days written notice.
Minimum contract terms may apply.
The club reserves the right to terminate membership for breach of rules, misuse of facilities, or abusive behaviour.
7. Use of Facilities
Facilities must be used safely and appropriately.
Members must follow all signage, staff instructions, and health & safety rules.
Certain activities may require prior booking.
8. Health & Safety
Members are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in activities. The club is not liable for injury resulting from misuse of equipment or failure to follow guidance.
9. Personal Property
The club accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Lockers are used at the member’s own risk.
10. Opening Hours & Closures
Opening times may vary. Facilities may occasionally close for maintenance, events, or holidays without compensation.
11. Data Protection
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the club’s Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to Terms & Conditions
The club reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Members will be notified of significant changes.
